ABSTRACT
Phone Reader is a mobile application that enables the users to read a particular piece of text from a text images such as newspapers, magazines, books and etc, without actually reading it ! The only thing that the user needs to do is to take a text image using the phone’s camera and then phone reader will read out the text using the phone’s speaker.
